- Andrew Macdonald was the pseudonym under which white supremacist William Luther Pierce published his novels "Hunter" and "The Turner Diaries," the latter credited by the FBI with inspiring the Oklahoma City bombing. More information about William Pierce is available from Wikipedia and the Southern Poverty Law Center (see links).
- Books like "The Turner Diaries" or "The Protocols of the Elders of Zion" or films like D. W. Griffith's "Birth of a Nation" are works of fiction: they are not true. But the acts of hatred and violence that such artistic works have helped breed against people of color, Jews, and other minorities are all too real. For that reason, various attempts have been made to limit access to these works or even ban them in various places and times.
- If someone you know is caught in the web of white nationalism, there are ways out. Many who felt trapped by the divisive lies of race hatred and fear of the Other chose bravely to leave white power and white separatism behind. These people found something bigger to believe in, dedicating themselves to a brighter future for the children of all humankind. As the real life stories in the links below can attest to, it's never too late to decide to change one's mind and follow a better path.
