This book was written by a professional entomologist in an effort to recall and preserve a bountiful supply of humorous stories and events that occurred during his working career between 1950 and the middle l980s. It is replete with accounts of natually occuring events and real entomological history. It details much about the malaria control programs of the Tennessee Valley Authority, the Panama Canal Zone, the Centers for Disease Control and a number of Federal programs. Anyone interessted in medical entomology and great stories would find this book enjoyable, informative and a really good read. The author is still active in retirement and has a few copies available.
