Six translators offer English interpretations of a Forugh Farrokhazad poem "Ghoneh," written in Farsi, alternatively titled "Sin" or "The Sin" depending on the translation. The issue editor, Sholeh Wolpé, provides a short biography of Farrokhazad, an accomplished Iranian poet from the mid-20th century who chose to abandon a traditional Iranian lifestyle. The zine includes photographs and the poem in its original Farsi and space where one can write their own translation.
