Biographies Broadcasters Sportscasters

With over 25 years of broadcasting experience, Bruce Rainnie has collected stories from every news, political and sports arena. He has forged a unique partnership with PEI's legendary weatherman, "Boomer" Gallant, and has worked closely with iconic figures like Ron MacLean, Don Cherry, and Peter Mansbridge. Bruce did the first TV interview with hockey sensation Sidney Crosby back in 1996 and has remained in contact with him ever since. He has also had the fortune of chronicling the remarkable career of Olympic Gold Medalist, Heather Moyse. This book includes entertaining and often hilarious reflections from these encounters, as well as many other anecdotes from his quarter-century as a news and sports anchor.
