The work of Jan Maarten Voskuil (1964) explores the boundaries of painting and touches on architecture, design and sculpture. His work is related to minimalism and geometric abstraction. At the same time, Voskuil tries to escape this by using deconstruction and the sloping organic surface of his work. As a result, the works appear to be touchable and sensible.00'Round Trip' is a journey through the artist's oeuvre and refers at the same time to the central role that the circle plays in the construction of his paintings.
