Presents pictorial and textual material on the history of transportation and agriculture in Sacramento County, California. The website is a joint project of four Sacramento County institutions (California State Library; California State Railroad Museum Library; Sacramento Archives and Museum Collection Center; Sacramento Public Library) to digitize and catalog over 2000 items from their collections. The project's goal is to document agriculture and transportation in the Sacramento region from the mid 19th to early 20th century.
