Hattie loves going to visit her great-uncle Theo's toyshop, especially since the arrival of a tortoiseshell cat with green eyes. She names the cat Twister and when no-one comes to claim her, Twister becomes the 'Shop Cat'. Business booms as Twister directs people to the shop but then strange things start to happen.
