The substitute guest

Dr Sargent, a committed MD, is so looking forward to Christmas with his dearly beloved in laws. But a seriously ill patient must have her medicine! The patient is in a remote area, and the Dr will have to take a later train...

But his good, trustworthy friend Alan Monteith insisted on doing it for him, pledging his honor to get the medicine there at all costs, no matter what.

What they didn't realize is that the light snow of the Christmas Season, would turn into a roaring blizzard where the patient lived.
