Massachuseuck #2 Theirs was a covenant of love between to hostile worlds. When Elizabeth Dowland gave birth to his son, they were married according to Indian law. She had spurned an odious Puritan minister - and forsaken her own kind - to share her destiny with Wakwa Mamunnappu, prince of the Massachuseuck.
