This is the first book in a planned series of books about the adventures of two children, Tyler and Destiny. This story, according to the books website, was created by the two namesake children, when they were 7 years old, and written by their parents. The two children in real life, and in the story are hearing impaired. This story follows the two children and their two friends Brittany, and Paul as they are on a school field trip to the zoo. There they are about eat their lunch, but get their food stolen by the animals. The children then decide to share their food with each other, as the animals were doing with their stolen food. Various versions of the book were released, such as a paperback, hardback, and even a audio book. Along with the book people were also encouraged to buy educational supplementary materials, such as teachers guides. Part of the books proceeds were mentioned as going to the "Britner Foundation " for hearing impaired children. No further books seem to have been released in this series, and the website seems to have closed down shortly afterward. The books final page tells the reader to "check out" their "next adventure". Which seemingly was never published. It was published the self-publishing company Lulu Press Inc., and released on July 27, 2004.
