Report provides detailed information concerning expansion and repairs to hospital grounds, patient and financial data. Primary request was for funds towards the purchase of additional farmland, which would allow for more income and lower boarding costs for patients. Of special note was the opening of a new more heavily-secured building for the criminally insane who, in 1924, were brought from the State Prison in Raleigh.
